Phynix Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN pending) ("Phynix", "we", "us") is a software development consultancy based in Perth, Western Australia. We build custom software, AI integrations, and process automation systems for industrial and commercial businesses.

  • Account details when you sign in to the client portal (via WorkOS authentication)
  • Project-related data you share with us during engagements

We automatically collect:

  • Standard web analytics (page views, referrer, browser type) via privacy-respecting tools
  • Authentication session data necessary to maintain your portal login

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide requested services
  • To manage your client portal account and deliver project updates
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • WorkOS — authentication and identity management
  • Convex — application backend and data storage
  • Vercel — website hosting and deployment

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication (SSO/SAML), and role-based access controls. Client portal data is isolated per organisation.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Client portal data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months.

7. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC)
